About this cruise

Suluada Island boat trip from Antalya is one of the rising stars among excursions. The magical, azure Suluada, an island of diamond-clear waters, fresh sea breeze and pristine Mediterranean nature, will amaze you. You've probably seen the Turkish 'Maldives' on TikTok videos or TV at least once; now it's your chance to visit it.

Take a tour on a comfortable boat along the Mediterranean coast to and around Suluada Island. Enjoy swimming stops at white sandy beaches and several lagoons of Turkish Maldives.

As you approach the white sands and crystalline waters of Suluada, you will feel like you are approaching your dream island. Suluada beach is similar to tropical beaches. You can surely see that as you take in the beauty of this solitary island in the Mediterranean Sea.

Suluada is a snorkeler's paradise as the waters teem with fish and marine life. Caretta Caretta turtles often accompany the boats. It is common to spot dolphins en route. If the marine animals love this island so much, it is easy to see why and you are sure to have the most relaxing day out!

The rocky formation of the island provides a sharp contrast to the stunning natural beaches as they meet the tepid, still waters of the Mediterranean.

There is an abundance of caves dotted along the island's coast. You will find caves below the surface should you wish to dive deeper. One of the most visited caves runs from the side of one rock to the other, creating an opening ideal for bathing or taking photographs.

What you'll see

Enjoy clear water and sandy beaches with three swim breaks.
Swim in clear pools and have a BBQ lunch on the boat.
Have a lazy day out: swim — snorkel, sunbathe.
Relax in shaded spots or sunbathe upstairs.

    Swimming Breaks

Your first swimming break will be in the south of Suluada and will last around 1 hour. Then, you will head off to the island's north and enjoy another swimming break. You will also have lunch there. There is nothing quite like smelling the barbecue as you build up an appetite with a refreshing swim.

After lunch, you will stop at the cave eastern side of the island, where you can swim from one side to the other. You will have around 1 hour to swim, snorkel and take lots of photographs.

On the return journey to Adrasan, the captain may opt to stop for a final swimming break according to sea conditions before taking you safely back to the harbour.

Your transfer vehicle will wait at the harbour to return you to your original pick point. So you are sure to return to your hotel feeling relaxed and refreshed, ready to enjoy the rest of your holiday fully.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much is Antalya Suluada Tour?

The cost of the Antalya Suluada Tour is 30 € for adults, 20 € for children between the ages of 4 and 11, and free for children under four years old in 2026.

What do I need to take with me?

Bring swimming costumes, towels, sun cream, goggles, and snorkel equipment. In addition, you may need a little money to buy drinks or snacks during the day.

What if I don’t swim, is it worth going?

The waters at the beaches on the island are incredibly shallow, and non-swimmers can happily paddle to shore and enjoy the beach.

However, if you prefer not to go in the water, you can enjoy a chilled-out boat ride, taking in the most exquisite scenery and, maybe, even do a spot of dolphin watching!

Will I get sea sick?

You will find that a day out on the boat to Suluada is a slow and calm excursion.

The waters are generally tranquil, and there is slight rocking on the ship. Most guests don't experience any problems at all.

However, if you are prone to seasickness and have doubts, you should have your medication with you in the unlikely event that you need them.

How far is it?

The boat leaves from the village of Adrasan, which is just under 2 hours away from Antalya. Suluada is located just off the coast of Adrasan, with a sailing time of around 45 minutes.

Incredible day out with the lads — the crew were brilliant, the water at Suluada was unreal, and the swim-through cave alone made it worth every penny.

Suluada itself is worth the trip — the water really is that improbable shade of turquoise you see in the photos, and the swim-through sea cave on the east side was a genuine highlight that my partner and I both loved.

What they didn't like

That said, a few things kept this from being a great day rather than just a decent one: the boat felt noticeably cramped with so many guests on board, and the sun beds on the upper deck were claimed almost instantly, leaving us hunting for shade for most of the afternoon. The BBQ lunch was honestly underwhelming — a small portion of dry chicken and some bread that didn't feel like it matched the price of the overall package. We'd also echo what others seem to mention about the drive from Antalya: two hours each way is a long haul, and the crew's communication throughout the day was minimal at best, with little explanation of where we were heading next or how long each stop would last.

The island itself is genuinely beautiful.

What they didn't like

Sadly, the boat was badly overcrowded, the crew barely acknowledged us the whole day, and the so-called BBQ lunch was a real disappointment — poor value all round for the price we paid as a couple.

An absolutely perfect day out for our extended family — the water was crystal clear, the boat was wonderfully comfortable, and the BBQ lunch kept everyone happy.

My partner and I booked this trip on a whim and it turned out to be the highlight of our entire holiday — Suluada genuinely earns its "Turkish Maldives" nickname, with water so shallow and impossibly clear that you can watch the seabed from the boat before you even get in. The wooden vessel was beautifully kept, the sun beds on the upper deck were comfortable, and drifting through the sea cave on the east side of the island was one of those rare moments that neither of us will forget in a hurry. The crew were warm and attentive throughout the day, always happy to point out snorkelling spots or just have a chat, and the BBQ lunch served on the north side of the island was hearty and fresh — far better than we'd expected from a boat trip.

What they didn't like

Drinks from the on-board cooler added up fairly quickly, so it's worth budgeting a little extra beyond the tour price, but that's a small thing and hardly a surprise on any excursion like this.
