Düden Waterfall
Stop at the Lower Düden Waterfall (Lara Falls, also known locally as Karpuzkaldıran), where the water drops about 40 metres straight off the cliff into the Mediterranean. You have around half an hour of free time for photos and a drink at the nearby cafés. A brief Upper Düden viewpoint is also included on the route.

Olympos (Tahtalı) cable car — cable-car packages only
On the cable-car packages, you drive to the Olympos line near Kemer (about 50 minutes from Antalya, depending on traffic and your hotel) and ride to the 2,365 m summit of Mount Tahtalı. The cable car has been in service since 2007 and the ride is about 10 minutes each way; you get roughly 30 minutes at the top, where there are cafés and panoramic viewpoints. The summit is much colder than Antalya at sea level in any season, so bring a layer — snow is typical from November through April and usually lingers into late May.

A traditional Turkish lunch — lamb döner, kebab or chicken kebab served with rice and grilled vegetables. Lunch is halal. There is a vegetarian pide option (cheese and vegetables), and vegans can be served a salad on request if you tell us before the tour. On the Waterfalls and Boat Trip packages, lunch is at the 01 Adana restaurant in Konyaaltı; on the cable-car packages, lunch is at the restaurant inside Dinopark, a park of life-sized dinosaur models whose entrance is included and which children tend to enjoy (entry covers all the exhibits — there are no rides to pay extra for). Drinks are not included and bottled water is not provided; you buy your own at the venue.

Silver shop stop
On the way, the tour makes a short stop at a silver shop (about 20 minutes). An honest note from us: you are never obliged to buy anything here. Like most shops on tour routes, prices are higher than what you'd pay in city-centre jewellers — so unless something truly wins your heart, feel free to just look around, enjoy the visit, and leave empty-handed. That is completely fine with us.

Kaleiçi old town
A guided walk through Antalya's old town. You enter through Hadrian's Gate (Üçkapılar), pass restored Ottoman houses, and see the Clock Tower and the Yivli (Fluted) Minaret while the guide explains the history. On the Waterfalls and Cable Car packages, the guided walk is followed by about 1 hour of free time — enough for tea or coffee, a wander through the lanes, or a visit to one of the nearby museums — before meeting back at a set point. On the Boat Trip and Cable Car & Boat packages, there is no separate Kaleiçi free-time block: the group does the guided walk and then heads straight to the boat.

Boat trip to Düden Waterfall — boat packages only
On the boat packages, you board a double-decked boat at Kaleiçi old harbour (95-passenger capacity, with toilets, a bar and shaded seating, and the life jackets required by Turkish maritime regulations) and cruise out along the coast for about an hour to see the Lower Düden Waterfall falling into the Mediterranean from the sea.

If you want the most for the least, or you are travelling with young children, the Waterfalls (€22) or Boat Trip (€30) package is the better fit: both stay in and around Antalya, keep the day shorter and less tiring, and the boat trip is fun for kids. The tour runs daily, year-round. Spring and autumn are the most comfortable months — the weather is mild and the city is easier to explore on foot. Summer can be very hot, which matters because the day involves walking in Kaleiçi and time at exposed viewpoints; on the cable-car packages, the contrast between sea-level heat and the 2,365 m summit is dramatic, so a layer is essential. In winter the tour still operates, but the Olympos summit typically has snow from November through April, fog can limit the summit views and strong wind can close the cable car; the boat trip can be cancelled on windy days. The Waterfalls-only package is the most weather-proof choice in the colder months.
On the day
Most of the day is spent on the coach and at easy stops, so the walking is moderate. The exception is Kaleiçi, where the old-town streets are cobbled and uneven; a stroller can struggle there, although the rest of the tour is fine for one. If you are travelling with a small child, a foldable stroller is the most practical option. We do not provide child car seats — infants 0–3 travel free on a parent's lap; a child who needs their own seat should be booked as a child (4–11).

Accessibility
The day involves a lot of getting on and off the coach and, on some packages, boarding a boat and a cable-car cabin (all of which involve steps), so it is not very comfortable for wheelchair users. It is possible to join with a companion who can assist, but Kaleiçi's cobbled, uneven streets add to the difficulty. If accessibility is a concern, the Waterfalls or Boat Trip packages avoid the cable car and keep the day shorter.
Dietary options
Lunch is halal. There is a vegetarian pide option (cheese and vegetables). Vegans can be served a salad at lunch on request — please tell us before the tour so we can arrange it.
Hotel pickup
Round-trip hotel pick-up is free across our covered pick-up zones in the Antalya region. Pick-ups run on a zone schedule (zones 1 and 4 start at 08:00–08:30, zones 2 and 3 around 08:30–09:00). When you book, enter your hotel or address to confirm it is within range; if your hotel is not in a pick-up zone, you can choose a meeting point instead.

Yes, the Olympos (Tahtalı) cable car runs through winter. The summit (2,365 m) is much colder than Antalya at sea level in any season, and snow is typical from November through April, usually fully melting by about the end of May. Bring a layer year-round. The cable car is cancelled only in strong wind — in that case we refund the cable-car portion of your package. Fog can limit the summit views but is not a refund reason.
Is there an annual maintenance closure on the cable car?
Yes. The Olympos cable car has a roughly 10-day maintenance closure in late March or early April each year. If your booking falls in that window, we refund the cable-car portion of the package.
What happens if it rains or the boat is cancelled?
The tour runs in rain. If the boat is cancelled due to wind or sea conditions, we refund the boat fee and add about an hour of free time in Kaleiçi — the boat is not rescheduled. If strong wind cancels the cable car, we refund the cable-car portion of the package.
How long is the day, and how far is the Olympos cable car from Antalya?

Is this the same as the Tünektepe cable car (now closed)?
No — and it matters for the views. This tour rides the Olympos (Tahtalı) cable car near Kemer, which climbs to the 2,365 m summit of Mount Tahtalı and gives the headline Turkish-coast panorama. The Tünektepe cable car is a separate, much shorter line on Antalya's western edge, and it is currently closed — so it is not part of this tour, or any of our Antalya tours, right now. If you booked a 'cable car tour' for the high panoramic views, the Olympos (Tahtalı) line is the one you want.
What is the best time of year to do the tour?

Will you pick me up from Lara, Konyaaltı, Kemer, Belek or Side?
Pick-up is checked against our zone map when you book, so the surest answer is to enter your hotel name or address — the system then tells you which zone you fall into and what time we collect you. As a rough guide, hotels inside Antalya itself, including the Lara and Konyaaltı strips, are generally within our coverage. Kemer and Belek sit on the edge of our pick-up area and depend on the specific resort. Side is outside our usual Antalya pick-up zones, so guests staying in Side should travel to a meeting point in Antalya or book a tour that departs from Side.
What languages is the tour in?
The tour is guided in English, German or Russian. Where bookings allow, we split buses by language so each group has a single-language guide; on smaller departures a multilingual guide covers two or three languages on the same bus.
What's included, and where is lunch?
All packages include round-trip hotel transfers, a guide, the Düden Waterfalls, lunch, entrance fees and insurance; the cable car, boat trip and Dinopark are included on the packages that feature them. Lunch is a traditional Turkish meal — at the 01 Adana restaurant in Konyaaltı on the Waterfalls and Boat Trip packages, or at the restaurant inside Dinopark on the cable-car packages. Drinks are not included and bottled water is not provided.
Is Dinopark a rides park, and are there extra fees inside?
Dinopark is a park of life-sized dinosaur models, not a rides park. The included entrance covers all the exhibits and the on-site restaurant — there are no rides to pay separately for.
Do I need to tip the guide and driver?
Tipping is entirely discretionary — there is no expected amount. Anything you choose to tip is shared between the guide and the driver.
How much should I expect to pay for drinks?
We do not publish a fixed price list for drinks at the lunch restaurants or the boat bar; expect prices comparable to other Antalya tourist restaurants and cafés.
Is there a shopping stop on the tour, and do I have to buy anything?
Yes — the tour includes a short stop at a silver shop, about 20 minutes. You are under no obligation to buy anything, and browsing without buying is completely normal. Our honest advice: as at most tour-route shops, prices are higher than in city-centre shops, so treat the stop as a look-around break rather than a shopping opportunity.

Coming from Australia, my partner and I didn't quite know what to expect from a group tour, but this one genuinely impressed us from start to finish. The hotel pickup was smooth and punctual, and the air-conditioned bus was a welcome relief after the walk to the lobby. Duden Waterfalls were the undeniable highlight — standing at the edge where the lower falls plunge straight into the sea is one of those sights that honestly doesn't translate in photos, and we spent a good while just soaking it in. Our guide switched effortlessly between English and other languages for different members of the group without ever losing the thread of the commentary, which kept everyone engaged throughout. Kaleici old town was charming and we appreciated the free time to wander through the narrow lanes around Hadrian's Gate and browse the shops near the old harbour without feeling rushed.
What they didn't like
The group was larger than we'd anticipated, so the bus felt a bit cramped on the longer stretches between stops. Lunch was decent but nothing spectacular — fairly standard tourist-fare kebabs — and it stung slightly to find that even water wasn't included in the price.

The cable car ride up to Olympos was genuinely breathtaking — my partner and I were completely speechless looking out over the coastline from that height. Our guide kept things moving and had good knowledge of the history at Kaleici.
What they didn't like
The bus felt a bit cramped for such a long day, and we were surprised that drinks at lunch weren't included in the price.
