About this cruise

Suluada Island boat trip from Antalya is one of the rising stars among excursions. The magical, azure Suluada, an island of diamond-clear waters, fresh sea breeze and pristine Mediterranean nature, will amaze you. You've probably seen the Turkish 'Maldives' on TikTok videos or TV at least once; now it's your chance to visit it.

Take a tour on a comfortable boat along the Mediterranean coast to and around Suluada Island. Enjoy swimming stops at white sandy beaches and several lagoons of Turkish Maldives.

As you approach the white sands and crystalline waters of Suluada, you will feel like you are approaching your dream island. Suluada beach is similar to tropical beaches. You can surely see that as you take in the beauty of this solitary island in the Mediterranean Sea.

Suluada is a snorkeler's paradise as the waters teem with fish and marine life. Caretta Caretta turtles often accompany the boats. It is common to spot dolphins en route. If the marine animals love this island so much, it is easy to see why and you are sure to have the most relaxing day out!

The rocky formation of the island provides a sharp contrast to the stunning natural beaches as they meet the tepid, still waters of the Mediterranean.

There is an abundance of caves dotted along the island's coast. You will find caves below the surface should you wish to dive deeper. One of the most visited caves runs from the side of one rock to the other, creating an opening ideal for bathing or taking photographs.

What you'll see

Enjoy clear water and sandy beaches with three swim breaks.
Swim in clear pools and have a BBQ lunch on the boat.
Have a lazy day out: swim — snorkel, sunbathe.
Relax in shaded spots or sunbathe upstairs.

    Swimming Breaks

Your first swimming break will be in the south of Suluada and will last around 1 hour. Then, you will head off to the island's north and enjoy another swimming break. You will also have lunch there. There is nothing quite like smelling the barbecue as you build up an appetite with a refreshing swim.

After lunch, you will stop at the cave eastern side of the island, where you can swim from one side to the other. You will have around 1 hour to swim, snorkel and take lots of photographs.

On the return journey to Adrasan, the captain may opt to stop for a final swimming break according to sea conditions before taking you safely back to the harbour.

Your transfer vehicle will wait at the harbour to return you to your original pick point. So you are sure to return to your hotel feeling relaxed and refreshed, ready to enjoy the rest of your holiday fully.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much is Antalya Suluada Tour?

The cost of the Antalya Suluada Tour is 25 € for adults and 20 € for children between the ages of 4 and 11 with hotel pick-up from Antalya and Kemer hotels, and free for children under four years old in 2026. With your own arrival to the meeting point it is 20 € for adults and 15 € for children.

What do I need to take with me?

Bring swimming costumes, towels, sun cream, goggles, and snorkel equipment. In addition, you may need a little money to buy drinks or snacks during the day.

What if I don’t swim, is it worth going?

The waters at the beaches on the island are incredibly shallow, and non-swimmers can happily paddle to shore and enjoy the beach.

However, if you prefer not to go in the water, you can enjoy a chilled-out boat ride, taking in the most exquisite scenery and, maybe, even do a spot of dolphin watching!

Will I get sea sick?

You will find that a day out on the boat to Suluada is a slow and calm excursion.

The waters are generally tranquil, and there is slight rocking on the ship. Most guests don't experience any problems at all.

However, if you are prone to seasickness and have doubts, you should have your medication with you in the unlikely event that you need them.

How far is it?

The boat leaves from the village of Adrasan, which is just under 2 hours away from Antalya. Suluada is located just off the coast of Adrasan, with a sailing time of around 45 minutes.

My partner and I drove down from our hotel in Kemer not quite knowing what to expect, and Suluada genuinely blew us away — the water is this impossible shade of turquoise that neither of us had ever seen outside of a magazine, and being able to snorkel right off the boat in water so clear you could count the pebbles on the bottom was just extraordinary. The crew were warm and attentive throughout the whole day, the swim-through sea cave stop was a highlight we hadn't anticipated, and the BBQ lunch served on the north side of the island was a pleasant surprise — simple but fresh and plentiful. For everything included in the price, two Americans used to paying a premium for anything near the ocean found this genuinely excellent value.

What they didn't like

Our only real gripe was the upper deck sun beds filling up almost immediately, so for a good part of the journey we were competing for comfortable spots with the shade canopy; a couple more cushioned seats in the shaded lower area would make a noticeable difference in comfort, especially on the longer stretches of sailing.

We booked this trip for eight of us — grandparents, parents and kids all in tow — and honestly couldn't have hoped for a better day out together. The boat itself was gorgeous, a proper traditional wooden vessel with plenty of space for everyone, and the crew were attentive and genuinely good with the little ones without being at all fussy about it. Suluada truly does look like something lifted from a travel magazine: the water is this impossibly vivid turquoise and so clear you can see straight to the bottom, and our teenagers were absolutely captivated by the sea cave swim-through, which was a highlight none of us expected. For what's included — transfers, lunch, guiding, a full day on the water — the price felt like exceptional value, especially for a large family group.

What they didn't like

The crew were brilliant throughout, though on a couple of occasions when we had questions they were just a touch slow to respond — nothing that dampened the day even slightly, just a small observation.

Our group had an absolute blast — the sea cave stop was a highlight, and the crew kept the energy up all day.

What they didn't like

Drinks on board were a bit pricey, which added up for a group our size.

Coming from Ireland, we're no strangers to dramatic coastlines, but nothing could have prepared us for the colour of the water around Suluada — an almost unreal shade of turquoise that had both of us fumbling for our phones the moment the boat anchored. The crew were genuinely brilliant, striking the perfect balance between being attentive and giving us space to enjoy the day at our own pace; the guide clearly takes real pride in the trip and it shows. The BBQ lunch served on the north side of the island was far better than we expected from a boat excursion — generous portions, fresh flavours, and the setting of eating on the water with that view was just extraordinary. The swim through the sea cave was the highlight for my partner, who couldn't stop talking about it on the long drive back to Antalya.
