My partner and I drove down from our hotel in Kemer not quite knowing what to expect, and Suluada genuinely blew us away — the water is this impossible shade of turquoise that neither of us had ever seen outside of a magazine, and being able to snorkel right off the boat in water so clear you could count the pebbles on the bottom was just extraordinary. The crew were warm and attentive throughout the whole day, the swim-through sea cave stop was a highlight we hadn't anticipated, and the BBQ lunch served on the north side of the island was a pleasant surprise — simple but fresh and plentiful. For everything included in the price, two Americans used to paying a premium for anything near the ocean found this genuinely excellent value.
Our only real gripe was the upper deck sun beds filling up almost immediately, so for a good part of the journey we were competing for comfortable spots with the shade canopy; a couple more cushioned seats in the shaded lower area would make a noticeable difference in comfort, especially on the longer stretches of sailing.
