The world's longest tunnel aquarium and 40 marine tanks

Antalya Aquarium tickets give access to the amazing underwater world, its inhabitants and the world's largest tunnel Aquarium.

Antalya Aquarium covers an area of 15000 square metres. Just imagine you're at the bottom of the sea. You can almost touch everything. Giant fish, exotic corals, water plants, and many more are all around and above you.

Antalya Aquarium is biggest tunnel aquarium complexes in the world and it's not only an oceanarium. There are other attractions in the aquarium building. A vast Terrarium (tropical reptile house), Snow City with artificial snowfall, and the Oceanride XD Cinema with advanced movie technology. Tickets for the Terrarium, Snowtown and Cinema are sold separately at the Aquarium counter.

In this tour, friendly tour guides will pick up from your hotel, bring you to the aquarium and then get you back to your hotel after a few hours.

All children between the ages of 2 to 100 will love the Antalya Aquarium. Located in the city centre of Antalya, a fantastic day of education and thrills awaits young and old alike.

You can find restaurants and cafes at the entrance, from famous pizzas to ice creams. There is something for every taste.

    Thematic aquariums

    You will be amazed by the interior decorations of the Aquarium.  You will be just a few centimetres far from sharks, moray eels or piranhas, and you will be able to enjoy yourself safely.

    Colourful nimble fish of different species and sizes in the underwater world of the tropics will amaze you. There are tropical reefs and mysterious caves. You will see a sunken ship 20 meters long in one part of the Aquarium. In the main reservoir, there are over a hundred sharks, giant rays and much small fish.

    Panoramic tunnel aquarium

    After exploring the underwater inhabitants of all seas and oceans, you will have a walk through one of the largest tunnel aquariums in the world, which is 131 meters long and 3 meters wide.

    Unique decorations of the Antalya Tunnel Aquarium were created by an Italian sculptor and brought to life by artisans from South Africa. Here you will see mysterious statues of Easter Island, a sunken pirate ship lying on the bottom, and fabulous chests full of treasures guarded by hundreds of sharks.

    Be amazed by the world's largest coral reef set. In the design, you will see many antique sculptures, amphorae, statues and stylized ruins of cities. The unique surroundings of each tank will place you in the mood of an adventurer. Thanks to a special filter system, the water in the tanks is always extraordinarily clean.

    Snow world

    You can play in the snow, even in the middle of summer. Eskimo houses, poles, snow-covered fir trees and the house of Santa Claus are in Snow World. You can ride the ice slides, make a snowman and play with snowballs here.

    In snow town, there are many labyrinths and fortresses and various sculptures made of snow and ice. Here the temperature is always -5 С. You will be given special warm suits before entering the area.

    Wildlife park

    Wildlife Park is a tropical reptile home. In this terrarium, you will see many representatives of the four cardinal points: poisonous and rare snakes, lizards, scorpions, spiders and crocodiles.

    For a complete feeling of being in the wild, your tour will be accompanied by rain, the sound of the wind, birdsong and monkeys screaming.

    Cinema

    At Oceanride XD Cinema, you can fulfil your fantastic voyage. Together with the captain of the pirates in the multidimensional film, you can dive into the seas and oceans, see giant whales and swim past a sunken ship. In addition, you will learn many interesting facts about the water surface of the globe.

    Fun for kids

    For the young visitors of Antalya Aquarium, the following fun activities are offered: a school to teach diving, an entertainment centre, a 5D cinema, a playground, a paintball club, restaurants and cafes, exhibition halls, and a souvenir shop with toys.

Absolutely brilliant afternoon out — the 131-metre tunnel had us both stopping every few steps to watch the sharks and rays glide overhead, and the sheer variety of species across the themed tanks kept us entertained far longer than we expected. The hotel pickup was seamless and took all the stress out of the day.

What they didn't like

Snow World and the XD Cinema cost extra on top of the ticket price, which was a slight surprise on the day.

Mit einer kleinen Freundesgruppe aus München waren wir unterwegs, und der Besuch im Antalya Aquarium hat uns alle begeistert. Der 131 Meter lange Tunnelaquarium ist schlichtweg beeindruckend – man läuft mitten durch eine Unterwasserwelt voller Haie, Rochen und Muränen, während über und neben einem Hunderte von Fischen gleiten. Die thematischen Dekorationen – das versunkene Piratenschiff, die Osterinsel-Statuen und die Korallenriff-Kulissen – verleihen dem Ganzen eine tolle Atmosphäre, die uns immer wieder zum Stehenbleiben und Staunen gebracht hat. Besonders schätzenswert fanden wir den organisierten Transfer vom Hotel: Der Bus kam pünktlich, die Fahrt war unkompliziert, und wir mussten uns um nichts kümmern. Die etwa zweieinhalb Stunden vor Ort haben wir voll ausgenutzt und sind zweimal durch den Tunnel gegangen, weil es einfach zu schön war, um es nur einmal zu erleben.

What they didn't like

Bei den Zusatzattraktionen wie Snow World und dem XD-Kino wäre es schön gewesen, wenn zumindest eine davon im Ticket enthalten wäre – so summieren sich die Kosten für eine Gruppe schnell. Aber das stand im Vorhinein klar in der Beschreibung, also kann man es kaum ankreiden.

Seven of us — grandparents, parents, and two little ones — and every single person left smiling; the tunnel aquarium alone is worth the trip, with sharks and rays gliding right overhead while the kids pressed their faces against the glass in pure awe.

What they didn't like

Wish the Snow World had been included, but it's a very minor point given how much the aquarium itself delivered.

We're a family of four from Cork — two adults and a pair of very excitable little ones aged four and seven — and this was honestly one of the best half-days of our whole holiday. The tunnel aquarium is something else entirely; walking underneath those sharks and rays while the kids pressed their noses against the glass was the kind of moment you genuinely can't manufacture. The themed décor throughout — Easter Island heads, the sunken pirate ship, treasure chests scattered among the coral — kept the children completely captivated from start to finish, asking questions and making up little stories about every tank they passed. We lost count of how many species we spotted, from the piranhas that gave our seven-year-old a healthy fright to the delicate tropical fish drifting through the reef displays. The hotel pickup and drop-off worked like clockwork, the driver was friendly and punctual, and the whole experience was seamlessly organised from beginning to end.

What they didn't like

The only reason we haven't marked value for money as a full five is that Snow World and the XD Cinema aren't included in the ticket — our youngest spotted the snow play area and it took some negotiating to explain we'd need to pay extra. Totally understandable once you read the small print, but worth knowing in advance so you can budget accordingly.

Brought grandparents, parents, and kids along for this one, and honestly the tunnel aquarium was the clear highlight — 131 meters of sharks and rays gliding overhead kept everyone, young and old, completely captivated. The hotel pickup was smooth and stress-free, which matters a lot when you're coordinating that many people.

What they didn't like

A few of the themed tanks felt a bit small for the larger fish, which our kids noticed and commented on.
