Taking our two little ones to the Antalya Aquarium was genuinely one of the highlights of our holiday — the 131-metre tunnel aquarium is something else entirely, and both kids were absolutely transfixed as sharks and rays glided overhead. The themed decorations really add to the atmosphere; the sunken pirate ship in particular had our eldest convinced we'd stumbled into an adventure film, and he refused to leave that section for a good twenty minutes. Book From Locals handled the hotel pickup and drop-off without a hitch — the driver was punctual, friendly, and the bus was comfortable, which made the whole trip feel very stress-free from start to finish. We also loved that the aquarium is spread across so many different themed tanks, so rather than a single quick loop, there's always something new around the corner to keep restless little legs moving and curious eyes engaged. The piranhas were a particular favourite — the kids thought they were absolutely terrifying in the best possible way.
Do be aware that Snow World and the XD Cinema are not included in the ticket price, which we hadn't fully clocked beforehand — our children clocked the snow area immediately and obviously wanted to go in, so factor in a bit of extra budget if you have younger ones who won't take no for an answer. The two-hour timeframe also felt slightly rushed with two small children in tow, as there's more to absorb than you'd think.
Thank you so much for such a detailed and warm review — it genuinely made us smile picturing your eldest refusing to leave the pirate ship! We're really pleased the transfers ran smoothly and that the aquarium was such a hit with the little ones. You're absolutely right that Snow World and the XD Cinema carry a separate charge on site, and we're sorry if that wasn't as clear as it should have been at the time of booking — we'll keep working to make sure that information stands out. We hope to welcome your family back to Antalya very soon! — Book From Locals
What a fantastic day out with the kids — the tunnel aquarium had them completely spellbound, pointing at the sharks and rays gliding overhead the entire way through. The hotel pickup was seamless and the whole experience felt really well organised for families.
A few more fish species in some of the tanks would have made it perfect, but honestly a very minor observation.
Thank you so much for this wonderful review! We're delighted the little ones enjoyed the tunnel — those shark moments never get old! We hope to welcome your family back to Antalya again soon. Warm regards, Book From Locals
Six of us from Bristol had an absolute blast — the 131-metre tunnel is genuinely jaw-dropping, with sharks and rays gliding overhead and the pirate ship wreck décor adding a brilliant sense of atmosphere.
