    Antalya waterfall boat trip departs from Kundu River, which is close to many hotels in Lara, Kundu and Belek.

    With no lengthy transfers required from your hotel to the harbour, the boat sets sail at 10:00 AM.

    The boat is double-decked with downstairs shade and upstairs sunny seating areas. It has a bar, two toilets, changing rooms, fresh water showers and ladders to get in and out of the sea easily.

    There are two boats, one with a 50-person capacity and the other with an 80-person capacity.

    After half an hour from departing, you will have the first swim break for 20 minutes offshore of Lara Beach.

    Next, boat will approach the Karpuzkaldiran Waterfall, where you can take amazing photos. If you go to the front of the boat, you can feel the spray from the waterfall.

A group of six of us had an absolute blast — the swim stop at the waterfall was a highlight we're still talking about, and the included lunch was surprisingly generous and tasty. The crew kept the energy up without being pushy, which we really appreciated.

What they didn't like

The shaded seating on the lower deck filled up quickly, so a couple of our group ended up standing for longer than they'd have liked.

My partner and I were genuinely blown away by how well this trip was put together — from the moment we were collected at our hotel, everything ran smoothly and felt effortlessly organised. The coastline between Lara and the Duden Waterfall is simply stunning, all dramatic cliffs and hidden sea caves, and we spent most of the journey on the upper deck soaking it all in. Standing at the bow as the boat edged close to the waterfall was an absolute highlight — the spray hits you full in the face and the sheer scale of the falls tumbling straight into the sea is unlike anything either of us had seen before. The swim stop at the waterfall was genuinely one of the best experiences of our holiday; the water was crystal clear and we had ample time to explore before lunch was served, which was far more generous and tasty than we'd expected from a group boat trip. Our guide had a warm, easy manner and made the whole group feel looked after without ever being overbearing — a real credit to the company.

What they didn't like

Honestly very little to fault; if pushed, I'd say the spaghetti was slightly overcooked, but that's genuinely the best complaint I can muster.

The boat itself was comfortable enough and the waterfall stop was genuinely impressive — standing at the bow with the spray hitting us was a highlight we weren't expecting. Lunch was decent, if a little basic, and the included soft drinks were a nice touch.

Six of us came over from Ireland expecting a proper lazy day on the water, and the scenery along the coast — the sea caves and the cliffs — genuinely didn't disappoint. The waterfall itself was a nice touch and getting the spray on your face from the front of the boat was fun for a few minutes.

What they didn't like

The boat was packed, the swim stops felt rushed, and honestly the lunch was quite poor for what we paid — the chicken was dry and there wasn't nearly enough food to go around for a full boat of people.
