We will pick you up from your hotel and drive to Alanya. Afterwards, our pilot will provide all your equipment and give you pre-flight briefing. You will be flying in a paraglider with an experienced instructor (indicate when booking if you want a female instructor). The flight lasts about 30 minutes, altitude up to 700 metres.
Whilst the wonderful resort of Side has plenty of activities on offer and keep you entertained throughout your holiday, one thing missing is to fly by paragliding. Well, not to panic, you can now make a short journey to the neighbouring Alanya where you will be able to take to the skies and soar like a bird on the thermals as you combine excitement and adventure with sightseeing and culture on this ‘not to be missed’ tour.
You will take off from Yassi Tepe just outside of Alanya and fly in tandem with a professional pilot. Once you reach the heights you will fly over the famous beach of Cleopatra and be able to see the golden sands stretching out for miles along Turkey’s stunning southern coast. You will be flanked by the Taurus Mountains rising behind you as you look out to sea and the horizon.
You will run a few short steps before launching from the mountainside and catching your first thermal, a rush unlike any other and certainly not for the feint-hearted. This is an ideal way to fully appreciate the countryside and natural beauty of the region while embarking upon an energy filled adventure!

In 2024, price of Side Tandem Paragliding is 50 € per person. Flight duration is between 20 to 30 minutes.

At around 10:30 you will be collected from your hotel in Side and taken to the launch site at Yassi Tepe. Exact times will be confirmed upon reservation. Your transfer vehicle will be fully air-conditioned for your comfort.
Upon arrival at Yassi Tepe you will meet your pilot and receive a full safety briefing to enable you to make a successful, safe flight. Once you are fully equipped and ready to make the flight you will position yourself along with your tandem pilot ready to run but a few steps before launching into the air. Your flight will take you slowly down towards your landing at Cleopatra’s Beach and will last approximately 20 minutes according to flight conditions.
Once you are in the air your pilot will do all the technical work and all that remains for you t o do is sit back and enjoy the ride. All the while your pilot will be in control of a camera capturing the experience for you to relive time and again!
After you have landed safely on the beach, you will have some time to relax and peruse the footage of your jump along with a cold drink. Your transfer vehicle will then take you back to Side and your original pick up point feeling absolutely exhilarated!
