You've seen it many times on social media videos and it's always been someone else, but it's possible right now! And it's not as scary as it looks. Even the most hesitant dare. Let's go paragliding from Side.
We will pick you up from your hotel and drive to Alanya. Afterwards, our pilot will provide all your equipment and give you pre-flight briefing. You will be flying in a paraglider with an experienced instructor (indicate when booking if you want a female instructor). The flight lasts about 15 minutes, altitude up to 700 metres.
Whilst the wonderful resort of Side has plenty of activities on offer and keep you entertained throughout your holiday, one thing missing is to fly by paragliding. Well, not to panic, you can now make a short journey to the neighbouring Alanya where you will be able to take to the skies and soar like a bird on the thermals as you combine excitement and adventure with sightseeing and culture on this ‘not to be missed’ tour.
You will take off from Yassi Tepe just outside of Alanya and fly in tandem with a professional pilot. Once you reach the heights you will fly over the famous beach of Cleopatra and be able to see the golden sands stretching out for miles along Turkey’s stunning southern coast. You will be flanked by the Taurus Mountains rising behind you as you look out to sea and the horizon.
You will run a few short steps before launching from the mountainside and catching your first thermal, a rush unlike any other and certainly not for the feint-hearted. This is an ideal way to fully appreciate the countryside and natural beauty of the region while embarking upon an energy filled adventure!

Cost of Side Tandem Paragliding is 40 € per person in 2026.
You should wear comfortable tie on shoes in preparation for takeoff and landing. You may wish to dress modestly as you are sure to catch the wind! Trousers or shorts are preferable.
Should you be unable to fly on the day of your reservation due to adverse weather conditions you will be offered the choice of an alternative fly date/time or a full refund.
This means that a fully trained professional pilot will be with you on your flight. You will be attached to their safety gear through your own and so essentially will be jumping together as one under the same parachute.
Your transfers, flight, equipment, pilot and insurance is covered in the cost. You should budget for photographs/DVD or any drinks that you purchase as optional extras. There is a small entrance fee to the hill.
Both male and female pilots are available to accompany on your flight and any preference should be stated upon reservation. All pilots are experienced and certified to ensure you have the safest and best experience ever!
