Once you have been picked up at your Side hotel, and all are on board the coach, your English speaking guide will give you a short talk as your coach heads towards Antalya and the first stop of the day, The Duden Waterfalls.
The waterfalls are on separate geographical levels, the upper and the lower. This first stop will take you to the lower Duden falls and it is here that you will make your choice for the next stage. Either you will choose the cable car ride to the upper Duden falls, or choose the boat trip around the bay.
Even from the lower Duden falls the scenery is spectacular with a 45 metre fall into the foaming Mediterranean. Of course, seeing the falls from the sea is equally as breathtaking.
Should you choose to continue your tour to the upper Duden falls you will travel by cable car, ascending Tunektepe Mountain. The panoramic views from the top are well worth the journey, giving sights over the old town of Antalya, its port and surrounding vista. You can spend 1.5 hours of freetime at this vantage point.
When you have descended once more to sea level and meet your seafaring group, your coach will continue with a tour of the old town of Antalya, with information about the culture and with stops at the city port and Hadrians Gate, ancient minarets of Yivli and Kesik Mosque to name but a few.
Then follows 2 hours of freetime for you to explore and enjoy the old town with its colourful shops and aromatic bazaars, before your return to Side and your hotel.
