Antalya is a thoroughly modern city that boasts extensive beaches accssible down the cliffs.  It is quite amazing to see the lifts fitted into the sides of the cliffs to ease the access to the golden sands.  Antalya is also where you can visit the Duden Waterfalls which cascade down towards the sea creating rainbows in the sunshine.  Whether you witness these up close, from above or from the sea they truly are a sight to behold.

Once you have been picked up at your Side hotel, and all are on board the coach, your English speaking guide will give you a short talk as your coach heads towards Antalya and the first stop of the day, The Duden Waterfalls.

The waterfalls are on separate geographical levels, the upper and the lower. This first stop will take you to the lower Duden falls and it is here that you will make your choice for the next stage. Either you will choose the boat trip around the bay, offering a different perspective of the falls and the Mediterranean, or continue your tour to the upper Duden falls.

Even from the lower Duden falls, the scenery is spectacular with a 45-meter fall into the foaming Mediterranean. Of course, seeing the falls from the sea is equally as breathtaking.

When you have descended once more to sea level and meet your seafaring group, your coach will continue with a tour of the old town of Antalya, with information about the culture and with stops at the city port and Hadrians Gate, ancient minarets of Yivli and Kesik Mosque to name but a few.

Then follows 2 hours of freetime for you to explore and enjoy the old town with its colorful shops and aromatic bazaars, before your return to Side and your hotel.
