This begins when you are picked up in a comfortable vehicle and taken to the Hamam. This is an unhurried system, whereby you begin to relax even at pick up.
Taken to the Hamam you will be greeted by friendly reception staff and given a hamam wrap and locker key, then directed to the changing area.
