Once you have arrived at the baths you will be greeted by professional team members who will show you to the changing rooms where you will be able to lock away your personal belongings and get changed into your swimwear and of course the infamous hammam towel called a “pestemal”.

When you are all set and prepared for the luxurious experience you will be directed to the steam room. The traditionally beautiful and spacious steam room will wow you with its delightful decorations. Now it is time to relax! Lay down on the heated marble, rest and enjoy whilst the steam is doing its job to open your pores ready for a good scrub and removal of toxins.

Next up is the famous foamy scrub massage! Your body will literally be entirely scrubbed clean of dirt, toxins and dead skin in this totally relaxing experience by a professional masseur. At the end of the scrubbing session, your skin will be gleaming and you will feel as light as a feather. Following the scrub, you will be given an aromatherapy oil massage. Some effects of this massage that you will benefit from are improved mood, relaxation and pain management. You will feel an overall improvement to your physical and mental well-being.

After your amazing Turkish bath treatment has finished, you will go and get changed and collect your personal belongings from the lockers.
