The course taken is 14 kilometres long and takes you through the lush green forests and stunning surroundings.  The rapids that you will travers are grade 3 rapids, enough to provide you with a day of excitement without overexerting yourself.  Absolutely no previous experience is necessary as you are accompanied at all times by professional instructors.

This is a day out where you are sure to make new friends and learn new skills.  You will get to witness the beauty of Türkiye combined with an adventure along the river.  This is an excursion not to be missed!

Kemer Rafting Program

Tour ItineraryAn air-conditioned and comfortable bus will collect you from your hotel in Kemer at approximately 08:00 and  you will you be able to enjoy and take in the beautiful landscape whilst on your way to Koprulu Canyon. The journey will take approximately 2 hours, remember to bring along your camera to snap up photos of the picturesque and impressive lookout. Once you arrive at the rafting centre you will be greeted by friendly and helpful professional instructors.

The guides are 100% fully licenced and they will begin their demonstration to explain all you will need to know about rafting on the transparent water. You will be taught how to conduct yourself, and a full safety demonstration will be given.

Don’t worry if this is your first time rafting; all will be explained! Once the demonstration has been completed, you will board the raft with an instructor ready to experience a full 4 hours in the captivating river. You will make your way down the thrilling and exciting current where you will reach the bridge. Here there will be a swim break so that you can enjoy some relaxing time in the refreshing waters before reentering the rafts for another 45 minutes.

There will be a second break where you can take pleasure in viewing some of Mother Nature’s finest work. Feeling serene you will then continue on the rafts until the end of the exhilarating journey. With a body pumped full of endorphins it will be time for lunch! Enjoy a filling and satisfying meal whilst admiring the natural beauty of the countryside.

Feel free to use this time to take in your surroundings and appreciate the beautiful environment. Once you have let your lunch settle and you have had your fill of the beautiful river banks you will begin the 2 hour journey back to Kemer and your hotel where you will arrive feeling exhilarated though tired.

Are there any restrictions?

Kemer rafting tours are not recommended for pregnant women. However, most adults, whether swimmers or non-swimmers, can navigate the waters as the difficulty level is classified as 1-2.

What do I get with my ticket?

Your ticket price includes pick-up and drop-off from your hotel or apartment in Kemer, as well as guiding service. Guides are proficient in English, Turkish, German and Russian, ensuring good communication at all times.

Your rafting equipment, including a helmet and life jacket, is also included in your ticket price, as well as your lunch.

Do I need to bring money to spend?

Optional extras include drinks you purchase during the tour, as well as photographs or DVDs from the professional photographer accompanying you on the trip.

What to wear?

Wear your swimsuits, T-shirts, and shorts, and don’t forget to apply sun cream as there will be times of maximum exposure and the cold water of the river can be deceiving.

Sunglasses are also recommended, as well as good shoes that do not slip in the water. If you don’t have suitable shoes, they can be purchased or hired from the center for the day.

Is it OK to bring electrical equipment such as phones, camera etc...?

We do not suggest that you bring valuables such as jewelry, watches, or even mobile phones as it would be regrettable if they were lost or damaged in transit through the waters.

However, a resident photographer will be available to capture those special moments, so you may consider leaving your camera at home too.

How long is the rafting course?

You will spend time on the grade 3 rapids for a length of 14 KM.

What does the price include?

The excursion will include your transfer to and from your hotel, a professional guide and lunch.

Do I need to have previous experience?

The fully licenced guides will explain all you need to know and will accompany passengers on the rafts so first timers are more than welcome.

Is it suitable for everyone?
