Istanbul is indeed a city of contrast, from the ancient to near history as well as modern architecture, no one is in any doubt of its busy nature. Sometimes you need to escape the city and its hustle and bustle, if only for an hour. The perfect way to get away for a short time, is by heading out to Belgrade Forest for some traditional outdoor activity. Here the protected forestry welcomes you, with its cool green ambience of trees and amazing scenery. Here you can enjoy the outdoor sports such as Quad riding.
The good news is that you do not need previous experience to partake in this tour, nor do you need a valid existing driver’s licence. You will be able to enjoy the thrill of riding your very own ATV as a solo or doubke rider and enjoy the forestry as you do so. This is a tour where you ride the adrenalin in a perfect outdoor environment.

Cost of Istanbul Quad Safari is 50 € for single quad vehicle, 70 € for double quad vehicle in 2026. Ride lasts 45 minutes.
Anyone over the age of 14 can drive the quads, no experience is needed as tuition will be given at the base, and no driving licence is necessary for the off road experience.
Under 14s can sit behind the quad driver as the bikes are big enough to accommodate two passengers.
Quad biking can be enormous fun for families. Though not for very young children we advise you use discretion as to the passenger age behind the driver.
Pregnant women and anyone with mobility difficulties should not take this tour.

Stringent measures are made to secure your safety throughout the tour, from 2 professional guides travelling in your convoy, to the initial safety talk you will be given on arrival. Also safety equipment, which is checked before being loaned to you for the tour.
It is advisable to wear old clothing for the quad riding. You will be travelling through mud and water as well as dry off road. Goggles (or sunglasses) and a bandana or handkerchief to act as dust shields are always a good idea.
Appropriate footwear is essential. Shoes that can be tied or fixed on your feet and not lost in the mud or water along the way.
A change of clothes and towel is sometimes appropriate. These can be left at the base for your return.
Do bring some money for spending with you. A professional photographer is likely to be at hand throughout your tour, capturing those action shots that you can never get with your own camera. He may also have a DVD taken during the day. These will likely be for sale back at the base, when you have completed your tour.
