An alternative to the usual boat trip would be to take the fishing tour from Bodrum harbour. Smaller than the usual tour boat, but with an optional sun deck, the boat’s crew and Captain are all seasoned fishermen, with extensive knowledge of the Aegean waters off the coast of Bodrum. With an abundant sealife of various fishes such as Black Gobie or Tuna, the possibilities for the discerning anglers are many.
With its sparkling Aegean waters, the sea will tempt you to cool off as the need arises. The adrenalin rush of busy Bodrum disappears into the glorious coastline and you beging to relax and take in the slower ambience of the fisherman and his craft.
You will set out to sea and enjoy a day with your rod in hand. Throughout the day if you wish you may pull up your rod and take a dip in the sea yourself. Likewise if any family or friends have joined you, who are not there for the fishing, they may also take a dip overboard to cool off!
While you are watching your line (or dad fishing) don’t forget to look out to sea. You are likely to see other kinds of life out there such as dolphins or turtles. Yet another great photo opportunity!

Cost of Sea Fishing Tour in Bodrum is 50 € for adults, 50 € for children between age 4 and 12, free for children under 3 years old in 2026.
Most definitely. If one parent wants to fish and another simply sunbathe this is the best way to meet half way. Non fishermen can join the boat and simply observe, swim or sunbathe.
Children can enjoy the sun deck or ‘have a go’ at fishing with Dad. Lunch is served on board and the whole family can enjoy a day on the fishing boat. Singles and groups also enjoy the fishing boat tour. Comparing your catch is a great way to make new friends(or frenemies).
Your full day aboard the fishing boat. Included in the cost of your ticket is your transfer from hotel to boat and return at the end of the day.
You will recieve the service of your captain and crew throughout the tour, plus the use of equipment. This will also include snorkelling equipment and sun beds, for the non fishermen of the tour to enjoy.
Lunch on board is also included.

Your swimsuit, suncream, glasses, towel and sunhat are essential.
Do bring some money with you for any extras you wish to purchase on board the boat.
Bring your camera too, you might have to prove exactly how big was the one that got away!
There will be sufficient life jackets on board in the case of an emergency. Children should be supervised at all times.
Your Captain or crew will choose the spots to drop anchor for fishing throughout the day. This is non negotiable. The spots are chosen for their abundance and variety of sealife, and weather may contribute to the movement of fish in the sea.
