Bodrum Pamukkale Tour With Hot Air Balloon Ride Itinerary

The tour begins just before sunrise when you will be picked up from your Bodrum hotel and taken, by air conditioned coach, to the town of Pamukkale and the flight base for your hot air balloon ride.

On arrival, you may partake of a breakfast or drink at the restaurant while you watch your balloon being filled and are given a safety briefing by your pilot.

When the balloon is ready and you have received all instruction from your pilot you will be helped aboard and ready to ascend. The adrenalin rush you will feel as you begin take off will stay with you long after your flight has landed.

As you travel the thermals you will see below the town of Pamukkale and its famous landmarks. Have your cameras ready for a viewing platform like no other you will have experienced.

What should I bring with me?

You will need your swimsuit and loose clothing after the balloon ride and it is a good idea to come prepared. After landing you will also need a towel and sunglasses, together with sun cream.

Is this tour for everybody?

Unfortunately no, anyone with a pre existing health condition should consider carefully before purchase.  This tour is not for pregnant women nor is it for children under the age of 6.  12 years and under must be accompanied by an adult throughout the tour.

Is there anything else I need to know before I book?

You will be allowed some free time after your flight has landed, and before you return to Bodrum. You may utilise this time by climbing the terraces or exploring the ancient city of Hierapolis.

If you have chosen to swim in Cleopatra’s Pool (a thermal pool known for its healing properties) be aware that there is an extra payment for this utility.

Will my flight be photographed?

There will be photographs of your flight taken by professionals and these (and/or accompanying DVD) will be available for you to view and/or purchase, before your return journey to Bodrum.
