Belek Rafting (Quad + Jeep + Zipline)

Belek rafting is a 9-hour adventure in Köprülü Canyon. With options to combine the day with quad biking, buggy, jeep safari and Tazi Canyon.

For those of you wishing to live fast and carefree this is the perfect day out for you.  Speeding along the rapids and floating over the calmer waters to catch your breath, you will be able to be at one with nature in this ecologically friendly excursion.

This tour has been riding the river since 1992, with more and more people enjoying the experience every year.  During the summer months now over 1000 people enjoy this tour daily, returning year after year for the adrenalin pumping experience.   

Turkey has fast become a popular destination for professional and amateur rafters alike thanks to the differing levels and options of rafting available.  You are sure to have a great time riding along the foamy waters surrounded by the most beautiful countryside.

The tour is going out every day for a duration of around 8 hours.  This is a full day canyon rafting experience, which will begin once you have been picked up from your hotel or apartment in Belek and travelled to Köprülü Canyon Rafting Tour, in a comfortable, air conditioned vehicle.   You will be taken to the antique Oluk Bridge, which will be the starting point for your canyon rafting experience.  The journey from Antalya to the Oluk Bridge point in Beşkonak lasts around one hour, giving you an opportunity to see the changing landscape. 

On arrival you will be greeted by your guide (there will be 1 guide/instructor per each 12 man raft), given a safety talk, and issued your individual safety equipment that comprisesof a helmet and life jacket.  The difficulty grading for rafting on this part of the river is very low and thus suitable for just about anybody.  The river runs through the Antalya Köprülü Canyon National Park, an area given to outstanding natural beauty.  You will travel along the breathtaking scenery, with the stunning backdrop of the Taurus Mountains, for approximately three hours, relaxing on the cool waters of the river, taking time to swim and relax along the way. 

Lunch Break

After you have completed a three hour section of the river you will stop for a lunch, usually barbecued chicken or fish with salad and pasta, on the riverside and a welcome break for perhaps a little sunbathing or swimming in the cool waters of the Köprülü canyon river.  Should you require a vegetarian lunch , please let us know when booking.

The raft leaves the ancient bridge and base at around 11.00 am for the three hour duration and then lunch.  Once the experience has ended you will return to the base, to view any photographs or DVDs that you may wish to purchase and to collect any belongings you may have left there.  You will return, via the same vehicle, to your original point of pick up in Belek.
