Rhodes jeep safari is a 7-hour self-driving off-road experience through mountain roads, rivers, beaches, and traditional Greek villages.

You will drive through bumpy paths, cross rivers, and visit traditonal villages with olive trees and grapevines.

The adventure also includes stops at historic and natural landmarks, such as 15th century ancient chapel and Seven Springs.

You can try homemade wines and Greek food along the way at little comfort break. Every part of the trip lets you enjoy the beautiful nature and interesting culture of Rhodes.

Rhodes Jeep Safari route spans 150 kilometers, taking you up to 570 meters above sea level. Vehicles are comfortable Suzuki Jimny jeeps, equipped with full air conditioning, providing a pleasant journey in summer months.

On the tour, you’ll see the real beauty of Rhodes. You’ll drive through mountains and winding roads, enjoy amazing views of lovely beaches and cute villages.

Rhodes Jeep Safari Tour Program

8:00 AM Pick-up

Free pick-ups are available from all resorts along the west and east coasts of Rhodes between 07:40 and 08:30.

Pick-up locations include hotels in Kolymbia, Afantou, Faliraki, Kallithea, Rhodes Town, Ialysos, Kremasti, Paradeisi, Theologos, Soroni, and Fanes. If you are staying in any other location, we will inform you about the pick-up availability after booking.

08:50 AM Meet Up

Get ready for a warm welcome in Theologos village, where energetic staff of the jeep safari will be waiting to greet you. They’ll give you all the info you need about the tour program, ensuring you’re well-prepared for the adventure ahead. With their enthusiasm, you’ll be raring to go in no time!

10:00 AM Off-Road

Hold on tight as we embark on the off-road journey! Over the course of 150 kilometers, you’ll travel rocky paths, wind through mountain roads and enjoy the scenic beauty of vineyards and endless beaches.

Roads are dusty and bumpy, but don’t worry, all the jeeps are equipped with air conditioning to keep you cool and comfortable throughout the ride.

11:30 PM Seven Springs

Seven Springs is a natural wonderland where a tunnel with flowing water awaits. Take some time to explore the tunnel on foot and breathe in the fresh air.

You can have a cup of Greek coffee to enjoy the surroundings. It’s the perfect spot to recharge before continuing the adventure.

12:30 PM Archipoli

In Archipoli village, you’ll visit a family house to have the chance to sample an array of local delights, from honey and olive oil to seasonal fruits and traditional sweets. The family also owns a donkey farm, where you can take photos with these friendly animals.

Here, you can taste the difference between locally made and mass-produced products, and if something catches your eye, don’t hesitate to bring a piece of Rhodes home with you.

1:30 PM 15th Century Chapel

Next stop takes you to Church St. Nikolaos Foundoukli. It’s built in the 15th century, portraying scenes from the Christological cycle and the lives of saints. Around the church, you can find huge olive trees, a nice park, and a spring with super clean water.

Fill up your empty bottles and take a moment to appreciate the historical significance of this serene location.

2:30 PM Lunch & Wine Tasting

Last stop of the day is a local winery called Estate Anastasia Triantafyllou. You can taste selection of wines bursting with flavor, accompanied by a spread of Mezes.

Set menu includes 10 – 12 different delicious meze plates featuring authentic Greek cuisine including aubergine salad, feta cheese, honey sesame, cheese dip, dolmades, tramasalata, keftedes and tzatziki.

Meze plate and wine tasting is not included in the tour price, and can be purchased from the winery.

3:30 PM Return

Your full-day tour wraps up around 3:00 – 3:30 PM, and you’ll be back at your holiday resorts by 4:00 – 4:30 PM.
