The Oymapinar Dam is an engineering and ecological wonder. The area is home to much incredible flora and fauna though it is perhaps important to note that it is one of the few places where the Brown Fish Owl, a rare and endangered species, can be spotted.

Green canyon tour is organized three times per week from Antalya. You will be picked up from your Antalya hotel or apartment at 08:30 and taken 90 km from Antalya to the town of Manavgat, where your boat will be waiting to start your Green Canyon cruise.
On arrival, you will be greeted by your guide and Captain for the day. Guides are English, Turkish and German speaking, all friendly and professionally qualified to take you through your day.
Your boat trip will last around 5 hours, with two swim stops throughout the day. You will visit two Dams and travel the canyons. There are changing facilities on board the boat and WCs.
There are two swimming breaks in this tour. One before lunch, and one after. You can enjoy the clear waters of the lake, sunbathe, swimm or snorkel.
You will travel to the restaurant, where you will have lunch at the waterside. Your lunch includes fresh fish or chicken with pasta, rice and salad. Unlimited soft drinks are included at the price of your ticket.
Offering you so much more than just a cruise through natural waters, you will glimpse traditional rural life as you sail along in the sunshine. The Green Canyon cruise ends around 15:00. Then, you will sail gently back to the harbour, where your coach awaits you for the onward journey to your hotel or apartment in Antalya.

If you do not wish to compromise your electronic equipment, there will be an onboard photographer to catch you in your more relaxed mode, after which the photographs or DVD will be available for you to purchase at the end of your cruise.
