Antalya Fire of Anatolia is a theatre and a show at the same time. Dedicated to historical events, this theatre uniquely tells the story of the past in the form of a dance performance with colourful costumes.
The theatre is about the events of the Trojan War, based on Homer’s ‘Iliad’. The show is incredibly vivid and expressive.
Where better to watch this fantastic performance art than in its hometown of Antalya? The dance troupe first saw life over 20 years ago and has since performed their famed dances in 90 countries worldwide!
The dance troupe employs 250 dancers at once and has a main cast of over 100. The show is also spectacular because it is performed in the ancient amphitheatre of Aspendos.
Aspendos amphitheatre has mostly stayed the same since it was built 2000 years ago. The natural acoustics and the strategic seating of the theatre have maximised the audience’s experience since its inception all those years ago.
The show is based on the fall of Troy, and Homer’s literary works, telling the story through a dance of Paris and Helen’s tragic love story and how it eventually brought down the great city.
In 2026, the ticket price of Fire of Anatolia Show From Antalya is 60 € for adults, 30 € for children between the ages of 4 and 11, and free for children under four. Price includes both way hotel transfers.

Are there any restrictions as to who should go?
Everyone can enjoy this show, from young to old. The youngsters will be mesmerised by the costumes and lights as the dancers perform, and the older ones at your party will appreciate the culture and history portrayed through dance even more.
There are several steps in the theatre, so it may not suit anyone with mobility difficulties. If you are in doubt, don’t hesitate to contact the booking team, who may be able to arrange lower-tiered seats for you.
Will i get a good view of the stage?
Yes, the theatre was built for maximum numbers to enjoy and see the stage, and the seating works to this day. But, together with the natural acoustics, you will see why the theatre was a fantastic prelude to modern-day Netflix and enjoyed by many Roman citizens throughout the millennia.
Can i bring something to sit on?
You can bring a blanket or cushion. For the later or earlier season, you can also bring a jacket or shawl for warmth in the cooler evenings.

Ending our Antalya trip with this show was a great decision. Historical journey through Turkey's eras was well executed and family friendly. Logistical aspects, from parking to exiting, were well organized. Though seating could be more comfortable, it was a worthwhile experience.
